Richards has been something of a Harriers mainstay since his arrival, initially on loan, from Norwich in 2020.

He quickly amassed 100 Harriers appearances, during which time the loan switch was made permanent. A consistent figure, he’s a reliable presence in the back-line and was a key figure in the Reds’ promotion win in 2023.

His progress has seen him established as one of the most prominent defenders in non-league football.
