FOLLOWING our commemoration of Remembrance Sunday at the match against Darlington, Harriers were delighted to receive a substantial donation for the Royal British Legion.

The RBL works tirelessly to support current and ex-service personnel and their families, while their Poppy Appeal is one of the most iconic and poignant fundraising initiatives in the world.

We were, as we always are, proud to stage a small tribute to commemorate Remembrance Sunday at the game against Darlington on November 5th.

Following this, the club received an incredible £10,000 donation to the RBL’s Poppy Appeal by a Harriers supporter who did not wish to make their identity known.

The club was delighted to pass this phenomenally generous donation to the RBL and thank the supporter in question for their incredible gesture. This will, no doubt, enable the RBL to continue its remarkable work.

Anyone wishing to donate to the Poppy Appeal themselves can do so via the RBL website.
