Blyth (H) Postponed

SATURDAY’S fixture against Blyth Spartans at Aggborough Stadium has been postponed due to a frozen pitch.

Despite the efforts of the groundstaff since the conclusion of our match against Chester on Wednesday and the last couple of days, large parts of the Aggborough surface were and have remained frozen.

As a result, an inspection on Friday afternoon found there no prospect of play come Saturday afternoon.

The match will now be assigned a new date which will be communicated in due course – match tickets purchased will remain valid for any such date.
