Harry Higginson named Player of the Year in Harriers Academy

Congratulations go to Harry Higginson, who has been named Player of the Year by Kidderminster Harriers Football Academy.

Over the course of the last number of years the Harriers Academy, in partnership with Birmingham Metropolitan College (BMET) have produced a number of promising young footballers, and the Academy Player of the Season award allows that to be recognised.

This has been another good season for the Academy who have continued to play football across the English Colleges FA and in the National League U19 Alliance. This season, the Academy Player of the Season award goes to defender Harry Higginson.

Harry has been a key part of the side that pushed Romulus hard for the title in the U19 Alliance, making 19 appearances and scoring once. In addition to his performances on the pitch, Harry is also a dedicated student who continues to apply himself fully both where his football and education are concerned.
