Promotion Final Details

Full match ticket details for this weekend’s Promotion Final at Brackley Town…

HARRIERS can confirm plans for the sale of Promotion Final tickets to fans later this week.

Given the tight turnaround in what are very high-profile matches, the two clubs are continuing to work as quickly as possible to give supporters as much detail as quickly as possible, and patience is appreciated at this time.

BUY TICKETS: SEASON TICKET HOLDERS ONLY

Harriers have been given a limited allocation of 700 supporter tickets for Sunday’s Promotion Final at Brackley Town.

Harriers Season Ticket holders will have a priority window to purchase tickets from the on-sale time which we’re expecting to be 6pm on Wednesday up until 10am on Friday.

Realistically, the size of the club’s Season Ticket holder base means it is extremely unlikely that any tickets will remain available after this priority window – and also that a considerable number of Season Ticket holders will miss out. While we fully appreciate how disappointing this will be, the allocation is very much outside of our control and in accordance with competition rules.

The club are exploring options to screen the match in the Harriers Arms and Aggborough Suite on Sunday to accommodate up to 200+ more of our loyal supporters. and these details will be confirmed as soon as possible.

Ticket sale details for the match are extremely important and are as follows – we urge all supporters to read carefully and in full:

  • This is an ALL TICKET match. Sales will begin at 6pm on Wednesday, online only, with collection from Aggborough (see below.) No tickets will be sold to any supporters at the ground on match day.
  • 2022-23 Season Ticket Holders will be permitted to purchase one ticket per Season Ticket account once tickets go on sale.
  • To be able to purchase, a Season Ticket holder must be logged into the account through which their Season Ticket was purchased – the game will not be visible to any other account holders. Prices are: Adults £13, Over 65 £8, Under 18 £5, Under 10 £1, Under 5 free.
  • Once a purchase has been made, Season Ticket holders will receive an order confirmation from our system. THIS IS NOT YOUR MATCH TICKET.
  • Online purchases as above must be collected in person from the Aggborough Stadium Ticket Office, from a time to be confirmed. To assist those who work during the day, the Ticket Office will be open until 7pm on Thursday and Friday for collection. Please bring with you and have ready the order confirmation that will be sent to you when you purchase, as this will be needed to validate your collection. You may also be asked for ID.
  • If you cannot collect a ticket in person from Aggborough, please do not make a purchase online – there are no digital match tickets, and no tickets can be posted.
  • Supporters can use their match ticket, once collected, to enter St James’ Park on Sunday from 12noon. Each individual ticket will have its own unique code that, once scanned at the venue, will become inactive, so please do not forward your ticket to anyone else or attempt to duplicate it. Age verification may also be required on entry.
  • Within our allocation of 700, around 230 are seats. These cannot be reserved at the point of purchase and will be available at the ground on a ‘first come’ basis, so please plan your journey accordingly.

BUY TICKETS: SEASON TICKET HOLDERS ONLY

UPDATE: After working with our ticketing provider we are pleased to confirm an enhancement to our system which means that any supporters that have more than one Season Ticket directly linked to their account on the same HAR###### number, will now be able to purchase one ticket per tag without needing to do anything further.

We can also confirm that for those who have purchased more than one Season Ticket on their account (i.e. for family members) which have different HAR#### numbers, that once logged into your main account which has the Season Ticket 22/23 tag, you will be able to add more than one ticket to the basket. At the Assign Attendees section it will automatically assign one to the account you have logged in under and you will then need to insert the details for the other season tickets before checking out.

Away travel is also being organised by the club and will be available to purchase shortly, priced at £18 and with a departure time of 12:30pm.

We appreciate that our allocation and the ticketing arrangements mean that some will unfortunately be unable to attend the game live, but are are doing all we can to ensure as many of you as possible are able to be part of what is the first Promotion Final in the team’s history. To this end, please exercise patience with our staff who are working diligently to assist as much as possible.

Furthermore, we stand in solidarity with our hosts on Sunday in condemning any and all antisocial behaviour, specifically including violence, the use of pyrotechnics and discriminatory chanting of any nature – all of which are a criminal offence.

We know that our loyal travelling fans will support Sunday’s fantastic occasion sensibly and in the right manner, and we look forward to what should be a fantastic match.
