Training ground test for Harriers….

HARRIERS banked pre-season minutes at Championship side Swansea City in a training ground friendly on Saturday.
Ahead of the opening of the full summer programme at Droitwich on Tuesday, boss Adam Murray got an extra chance to run the rule over his summer signings, the existing Aggborough squad and a mix of trialists and Academy players.
While an impressive Swansea side ran out comfortable winners in the end with a side packed full of EFL and Premier League experience, Harriers held their own for much of the clash – the majority of the hosts’ five goals coming late in the day.

Murray’s men posed their own questions and came closest to notching through Dan Mooney’s 20-yard free kick in the first half, the effort tipped over by a superb save.
We’d like to thank the Swans for hosting us and wish them all the best for their forthcoming season.
