Pre-Season at Bank Farm Holiday Park

THE squad were put through their paces during their recent residential at Bank Farm Holiday Park.

The camping trip, with tents kindly supplied by sponsors OLPRO, provided the opportunity for the new group to get to know each other and enjoy the facilities at Bank Farm Holiday Park.

However, amongst the fun and relaxation, Adam Murray’s team were put through their paces with a five kilometre run, before being tasked with further runs, up the steep hill on site at Bank Farm.
