Jason Adigun exits Harriers

HARRIERS can confirm the departure from the club of Jason Adigun by mutual consent.

The summer signing from Dagenham made several appearances at the beginning of the term but, following discussions with boss Adam Murray, will leave the club to return closer to home.

Murray explained: “Jason, being away from home, doesn’t feel comfortable here and has been honest about that. He came to me and was really upset.

“It has started to really affect his mental state, being away from home and not playing the way he knows he can play.

“One thing I’m never going to do is stop somebody feeling happy… football goes out the window, and we’ve had some long conversations.

“Ultimately, we’re doing what’s best for Jason… as a football club, we’re not going to stand in his way.”

All associated with the club wish Jason the best for the next stage of his career and for the future.
