Tuesday: Marine v Harriers

A look to Tuesday night’s game…

HARRIERS face Marine on Tuesday night as a tightly packed National League North continues the battle for points.

The Reds sit just inside the play-off places and are on the road in midweek ready to face a side looking to take their own place within the top seven.

Just 11 points separates second placed AFC Fylde in the ‘top’ play-off spot from Curzon Ashton just outside the pack in eighth – and just ten more separate The Nash from the division’s bottom four.

In short, the division is arguably more competitive than ever, and Adam Murray knows exactly what to expect at the Marine Travel Arena.

He explained: “It’s a really, really tough league this season.

“I think the teams that have come up and competed and the teams that people may have written off at the start of the season are proving everybody wrong, and Marine are one of them.

“When you watch them, you see why they are where they are in the league: really effective at what they do.

“Obviously, it’s a tough place to go on a Tuesday night, but again, I say all the time the focus is us. We have to continue doing and be better at what we’re doing and keep moving forward.

“We know what they’ll throw at us, but we also know what we’re good at and what we need to do to them, so, we’re looking forward to the game.”

Watch Murray’s full interview, which includes an update on the injury situation at the club, by tapping play.

Kick off at Marine on Tuesday night is at 7:45pm.

Away travel remains available on sale up to and including Tuesday afternoon and Harriers fans are reminded that advance purchase of tickets from Marine includes a small saving.

SUPPORTER CONDUCT

We would like to reinforce our message on supporter conduct

Supporters currently subject to a banning order from Aggborough Stadium should be aware that host clubs may choose to extend this ban to their own premises. In that instance, fans should not attempt to purchase a ticket and/or enter on the day as they will be denied entry.

Harriers again strongly supports The National League and Football Association in delivering their antisocial conduct message.

Please review the following information before visiting Aggborough or following the team on the road, and remember that your entry into Aggborough Stadium, or any other venue, is subject to the acceptance of the National League’s Ground regulations and adherence to the Smoke No Joke policy. Both documents are clearly visible and available on entry turnstiles but are also available for download below.

Specifically, we would like to remind supporters that the club will not tolerate supporter misconduct of any kind. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Discriminatory behaviour. This means conduct or language that is aggravated by ethnic origin, colour, race, nationality, faith, gender, gender reassignment, sexual orientation or disability.
  • Entering the field of play or its immediate surrounding area without permission
  • The throwing of missiles towards the pitch, technical area or dugout
  • The possession or use of pyrotechnics such as flares or smoke bombs

Please support Kidderminster Harriers responsibility. Should you be concerned by any of the above conduct you may witness, please report it to your nearest steward at any venue, to the Club Office or Safety Officer or by e-mail to security@harriers.co.uk
