Experienced striker Danny Waldron arrived at Aggborough on loan in January 2026.

The Birmingham-born player is no stranger to the non-league scene in the Midlands, having made a huge impact at Rushall Olympic in 2023-24 in particular, bagging 16 goals by January, to earn himself a move to Southend United.

By that stage Danny had already featured for Leamington and Alvechurch, scoring 26 goals over two campaigns for the latter before continuing that form with the Pics.

The 29-year-old featured for Southend and Tamworth in last season's National League campaign, before his summer move to Brackley Town.
