HARRIERS Foundation are lacing up their boots next month and walking 60km to raise money to help fight the devastation caused by dementia.
At the Harriers Foundation, we believe football can be a powerful force for good far beyond the pitch.
That’s why we’re proud to be planning a special fan walk of 60km (37 miles) from Aggborough Stadium to New Bucks Head Stadium ahead of our upcoming away fixture there on Easter Monday, April 6th, in partnership with Dementia UK.
This walk isn’t just about the distance – it’s about the difference we can make together.
Dementia affects so many families in our community, and through this event we aim to raise both awareness and vital funds to support those living with the condition and the people who care for them.
Importantly, the walk will also help raise funds for our brand-new dementia café, which we’re hoping to launch in the coming months.
This space will provide a welcoming, supportive environment where individuals living with dementia and their loved ones can connect, share experiences, and find encouragement within a caring community.
How you can get involved:
Donate – Whatever you can give will help bring this café to life
Sponsor the Walk – Join us in making lasting impact.
