ADAM Murray has spoken after securing an “all round midfielder” in the form of Brayden Johnson.
The teenage midfielder has arrived on loan from Championship promotion hopefuls Middlesbrough until the end of the season.
Murray knows the player well, having managed him at Eastbourne Borough last season before Johnson’s switch to Boro.
The Aggborough chief believes the youngster is the ideal all-rounder and will provide his squad with a much-needed boost.
“He’s a young lad I’ve worked with before; we sold him to Middlesbrough last season,” Murray explained.
“He can do a bit of everything. He’s got a goal in him, he can create, he’s very, very robust and tough, very aggressive, so he suits our style really well.
“Middlesbrough have agreed to let him out… we tried early in the season and he wasn’t available, but he’ll be a big boost to us at this point.
“I think, especially watching Saturday, I think we need a kick of energy in there at the minute and he’ll give us that for sure.”
Brayden will wear the number 25 shirt with Harriers.
