Striker Stewart signs

A new forward addition for Harriers ahead of Hornchurch

HARRIERS have further boosted their forward line on the eve of the season with the signing of tireless striker Callum Stewart.

Callum, 24, joins us on loan from Shrewsbury Town until November and is hungry to play and score ahead of the new National League season.

As a rising star in the United Counties league scene, he rocketed in 79 goals in 84 games for Coventry Sphinx, earning him a move to Leamington in 2023.

22 goals in a promotion season for the Brakes took player and club to the National League North where 15 more followed before the turn of the year, Shrewsbury landing his signature in January 2025.

He’s since made 23 appearances at EFL level, and spent time out on loan at Brackley and Aldershot last term. Now, though, he’s ready to sink his teeth into a temporary switch to the Reds and, subject to FA confirmation, goes straight into the squad to travel to Hornchurch on Saturday.

Welcome to Aggborough, Callum!
