THERE was a mixed bag of results for our Junior teams over the weekend just passed.

As we noted a few days ago, there were two big games in the County Cup – the games yielded one victory and a desperately disappointing defeat.

There was joy for our U14s side as they picked up a 2-0 win over KHFC Community FC with goals thanks to Jack Betts and Ben Knights, but our U16s were left reeling after two late goals condemned them to a last-ditch defeat against Eckington despite a first-half Casey Collins penalty.

Under 9s vs Birmingham City Ladies:
