HARRIERS are delighted to confirm that influential performer, Sam Austin has signed a new, extended contract with the club.
The 23-year-old has been with the club since the summer of 2016. Since then, he has steadily built a career here at Aggborough.
He’s made a total of 148 appearances with the club but, in that time, has gradually established himself in the side to the point that he’s now one of the first names on the team sheet.
The Stourbridge-born player, who had previously been with Burton Albion, has enjoyed one of his most consistent campaigns to date in 2019/20 – and netted one of the goals of the season in the win at Guiseley.
Sam has now extended his Harriers contract to the summer of 2021, which is just rewards for his professionalism and attitude on and off the pitch. Likewise, everyone associated with the club is delighted to have secured the services of an individual who has developed into a stand-out performer in the division.
