RUSS Penn has added more vital experience to his squad with the signing of versatile defender Nat Knight-Percival.
The 35-year-old has spent the last ten years playing in the EFL, and made 21 appearances for Tranmere Rovers last term.
In addition, he’s featured for the likes of Peterborough United and Bradford City as part of a distinguished career, and was a former skipper at Shrewsbury Town.
Knight-Percival has plenty of non-league experience, too; he began his career at Histon where he came up against Harriers a number of times – as he also did with Wrexham before his move to the Championship with the Posh.
He explained to our YouTube channel: “Coming back here, I can remember back in the day I had a played a lot of difficult games [at Aggborough] so it’s nice to be on the home side this time!
“I always remember coming here and having tough games. The crowd get behind them and it was always a tough place to come.
“I feel great still, I want to come here and give my all, do the best that I can for the team and get it back up the league.”
The central defender, who has experience of playing at full-back and further forward, has penned a one-year deal, subject to National League and FA approval.
