CHRISTIAN Dibble has become the latest player to commit to Phil Brown’s Harriers for the 2024-25 campaign after inking a new contract.

The shot-stopper has enjoyed a rollercoaster of a ride since first arriving at Aggborough in January 2023.

In the months that followed, he played a key part in securing our promotion via the play-offs, following that with an incredible run of starting every league fixture of our subsequent National League campaign.

While the season didn’t end with the outcome we’d all hoped for, Dibble remained a consistent, stoic figure, putting in some commanding performances and making crucial saves aplenty – racking up a total of 15 clean sheets along the way.

The former Wrexham man will continue to battle between the sticks for the Reds for at least the next two seasons, having inked fresh terms to stay at Aggborough until 2026, subject to FA confirmation.

Dibble said after re-signing: “I’m delighted to have re-signed.

“I’m really looking forward to putting the disappointment of last season to bed and challenging for promotion this season.

“We want to get back to the National League, where we belong, and hopefully it will be a successful season for us.”
