HARRIERS will head into the new season with Ashley Hemmings on board after the Aggborough talisman penned a fresh deal with the club.
‘Hemmo’ has been an integral figure of life in DY10 since first arriving in 2019, experiencing countless highs and lows along the way.
A true fan favourite, Hemmings has racked up close to 200 appearances during his time with the club thus far, netting over 60 goals in the process – more than at any other club in his career.
He played a big part in both the memorable FA Cup run of 2021-22 and promotion season of 2023 and bagged 15 goals in all competitions in what was ultimately a disappointing campaign last time around.
The chance to lead Harriers on another promotion charge in National League North under Phil Brown in 2024-25 was enough to keep Hemmings at Aggborough; he’s inked a new one-year contract, subject to FA Confirmation.
