HARRIERS are pleased to have bolstered their squad further with the addition of vastly experienced winger and midfielder David Worrall.

The 34-year-old joins us on an initial one-month loan from League 2 side Barrow having racked up more than 620 senior appearances in his career.

Also capable of playing at wing-back, the biggest chunk of Worrall’s career came at Port Vale where, between 2017 and 2023, he featured more than 200 times, achieved promotion to League 1 and was part of that term’s League 2 Team of the Season.

He can count Bury, Southend and Millwall among his former clubs and, earlier this season, spent time out on loan in National League North with Curzon Ashton.

He’s available immediately to boss Phil Brown ahead of Tuesday night’s game with King’s Lynn Town at Aggborough.
