Kurt Willoughby’s a Harrier

Boss bags a new striking addition…

Kurt Willoughby

KURT Willoughby has signed for Harriers as boss Adam Murray adds more firepower to his ranks.

The experienced striker joins us having left Oldham Athletic at the end of last season and having spent a number of seasons playing and scoring at National League and National League North level.

The 27-year-old striker has experienced promotion from the North with York City, and counts AFC Fylde and FC United among some of his previous clubs.

23 goals in 2022-23 for Chester earned him his move to Oldham, but regular football didn’t follow for the marksman who spent time out on loan in Scotland with Ayr – and back with the Seals where he was part of the squad that reached last season’s play-off final.

Regularly in double figures during his career, ‘King’ Kurt now joins the ranks at DY10, subject to FA and National League confirmation with Harriers having long been admirers of the player’s qualities.

Full reaction to follow – welcome, Kurt!
