Looking ahead to this weekend…

HARRIERS meet Alfreton Town at the Impact Arena on Saturday.
Saturday’s clash will be the 25th meeting between the two, but a very different one from more recent affairs.
This season has marked something of a new era for Alfreton following a boardroom takeover – long-serving boss Billy Heath has departed the club, with former Derby County man Jake Buxton taking the helm.
Buxton has yet to oversee a victory in charge, but has the task of negotiating a tough run of fixtures that includes meetings with Buxton – who triumphed 6-0 when they clashed last weekend – as well as Chorley and AFC Fylde who will provide opposition after Adam Murray’s men visit.
No doubt smarting from that defeat, our hosts have acted quickly to bring in reinforcements, Bayley McCann and Harry Hawkins arriving on loan there ahead of the weekend.
Harriers, meanwhile, will be looking to build on back-to-back 1-0 victories in National League North, but will likely be without injured pair Jordan Tunnicliffe and David Davis.
Boss Adam Murray gave a team news update and looked ahead to Saturday’s game in his latest pre-match interview:
Kick off on Saturday at Alfreton is at 3pm.
Supporters should note they can purchase match tickets in advance of the day by using Alfreton’s ticketing site. Away travel also remains on sale up to and including Friday.
Please be aware, away supporters should enter the Impact Arena via the Alma Street entrance.
AWAY TRAVEL NOTICE
Book your travel tickets online or by calling 01562 823 931 during office hours. Season Ticket holders purchasing online must do so via the account to which their Season Ticket is linked.
Travel tickets are subject to availability and are non-refundable, and the club reserves the right to cancel any transport for which there is not sufficient interest. No alcohol is permitted on board and the club reserves the right to refuse full or partial travel to any supporters guilty of antisocial behaviour either on transport or in and around any stadium.
SUPPORTER CONDUCT
We would like to reinforce our message on supporter conduct
Supporters currently subject to a banning order from Aggborough Stadium should be aware that host clubs may choose to extend this ban to their own premises. In that instance, fans should not attempt to purchase a ticket and/or enter on the day as they will be denied entry.
Harriers again strongly supports The National League and Football Association in delivering their antisocial conduct message.
Please review the following information before visiting Aggborough or following the team on the road, and remember that your entry into Aggborough Stadium, or any other venue, is subject to the acceptance of the National League’s Ground regulations and adherence to the Smoke No Joke policy. Both documents are clearly visible and available on entry turnstiles but are also available for download below.
Specifically, we would like to remind supporters that the club will not tolerate supporter misconduct of any kind. This includes but is not limited to:
- Discriminatory behaviour. This means conduct or language that is aggravated by ethnic origin, colour, race, nationality, faith, gender, gender reassignment, sexual orientation or disability.
- Entering the field of play or its immediate surrounding area without permission
- The throwing of missiles towards the pitch, technical area or dugout
- The possession or use of pyrotechnics such as flares or smoke bombs
Please support Kidderminster Harriers responsibility. Should you be concerned by any of the above conduct you may witness, please report it to your nearest steward at any venue, to the Club Office or Safety Officer or by e-mail to security@harriers.co.uk
