THE first session of Harriers Foundation’s new men’s mental health hub, The Dug Out, will take place this Monday, 1st December.
There’s still time to book onto the FREE hub, which will take place from 6:30pm-8:30pm on Monday 1st December at the Centre of Sporting Excellence (COSE).
Sessions will consist of one hour of football, followed by one hour of chat and are provided free of charge, taking place every Monday at COSE (Zortech Avenue, Kidderminster, DY11 7DY).
Just to be clear — you do not need to play football to attend sessions. This is a space for every man, whether you’re lacing up your boots or sitting down for a brew. No pressure. No expectations. Just real men, turning up for themselves and for each other.
If playing football’s not for you — or you’re unable to take part — you are still wholeheartedly welcome. The heart of The Dug Out is community, not ability.
Book your place for our first FREE Hub, taking place on Monday 1st December via our online form.
About The Dug Out
Delivered in partnership with Worcestershire FA, and supported by mental health professionals, The Dug Out aims to provide real, meaningful help for those who need it the most.
The Hubs will provide a safe space where men can talk, connect and find support when life feels heavy. Too many men continue to suffer in silence, with suicide remaining the biggest killer of men under 50, and The Dug Out is here to change that.
Harriers Foundation are actively seeking sponsors to help run The Dug Out throughout the remainder of the season, please email adam.whitley@harriersfoundation.co.uk for further details.
