Alex Penny first signed for Harriers in early 2020 prior to the COVID pandemic – a fact that arguably sums up his incredibly eventful spell in DY10 so far.

To-date, Penny has made over 130 appearances for the club, and has achieved a promotion, netted an FA Cup Fourth Round goal against Premier League West Ham, battled bravely against relegation and endured more than his share of injury drama.

The experienced defender is a hugely popular member of the Aggborough squad, looking to make amends after being forced to sit out much of last season with injury.
