This former Northern Ireland Under-21 international links back up with Adam Murray in signing for Harriers, having previously played under him during stints with Fylde, and Eastbourne Borough in recent seasons.

The centre-back was an ever-present for The Sports last term, as the East Sussex side finished one point off top in the National League South.

Bird has previously enjoyed success in the National League North, as he made 38 appearances and scored two goals in AFC Fylde’s title-winning campaign in 2022-23.

He’s also featured for the likes of Leek Town, Alfreton Town, Boston United, Eastleigh and King’s Lynn Town.
