Winger Ryan McLean put pen to paper on a loan deal at Aggborough in late October 2023.

He performed outstandingly for Hereford in National League North between 2021 and 2023 and earned his EFL move to AFC Wimbledon in the summer.

McLean enjoyed a dream start to life there, netting the winning goal in an EFL Cup tie against Coventry to set up a clash against Premier League giants Chelsea.
