HARRIERS are delighted to have secured the long-term loan signing of exciting Liverpool forward Jack Bearne.
20-year-old Jack has been at Anfield since the age of 15 and has risen through the ranks, all the way through to making a first-team debut in 2019 after signing a first professional contract.
As well as success in their prestigious FA Youth Cup team and various youth sides, he’s continued his progress and bagged plenty of goals in PL2 last season.
Jack was part of the Liverpool side who featured at Aggborough in pre-season back in the summer, and the youngster was excited to be back.
He told our YouTube channel: “I’m really buzzing to be here! The club has got a great fan base and a great reputation in this league.
“I’ve played a pre-season match against Kidderminster this season and I’ve seen the way that they play, and it really suits my style of play.
“I know Rhys Williams has been at Kidderminster before, and he’s spoke to me and said that it’s a great place to come and learn your trade, and hopefully get a lot of first team experience under my belt.
“I like to be an exciting attacking player, I’d like to say that I’m quite quick, get forward into the box, score goals [on my] right and left foot.
“Hopefully I can just bring as much of what I can do to the team as possible and be successful”.
Subject to FA confirmation, the player will be with Harriers for the duration of the 2022-23 campaign. Welcome, Jack!
