HARRIERS are pleased to confirm the signing of goalkeeper Christian Dibble on a deal until the end of the season.
The experienced 28-year-old shot-stopper arrives at Aggborough having most recently been at Wrexham – there he’d become tehir longest-serving player after a stay of more than five years.
During that time the custodian twice played a part in helping Wrexham to the National League play-offs, while he was also between the sticks for the 2022 FA Trophy Final at Wembley.
He amassed more than 60 starts for Wrexham in his time there, having also played for Chorley, Boston, and Stockport earlier in his career.
He’ll now focus on getting action with Harriers for the remainder of this term, and goes into the squad for Saturday’s trip to Peterborough Sports.
“With me, Palms and Jamie, there is good competition there,” explained Christian of his fellow Aggborough goalkeepers.
“I know I’m not just going to come in here and take the number one shirt, it’s never been about that.
“I want some good competition and I’m thriving of it.
“The first day I came in, the lads have been really welcoming to me and we have a good team here.
“It’s about climbing the table, getting as many points as we can until the end of the season and hopefully getting into those play-off positions, which I can really see us doing.”
Welcome to Aggborough, Christian!
