A YOUTHFUL Harriers side exited the Worcestershire Senior Cup despite a spirited effort at Evesham United.

The young guns took the lead on the road through Noah Rubio’s first half goal, and were in reasonable control of the tie for much of the first hour.

The home side were level on 65 minutes through a penalty, with a second goal following two minutes later to put them 2-1 ahead.

Further goals inside the last ten minutes added further gloss to the scoreline for the hosts, who won out 4-1.

Congratulations to Evesham on reaching this year’s final, where they’ll meet Alvechurch, and to our young players for representing the club with such professionalism and maturity this season.
