WE continue our look at teams joining the FA Women’s National League Division One Midlands for the 2026/27 season with Chesterfield FC Women.
The Spireites secured promotion to Tier 4 after winning the East Midlands Women’s Regional Football League Premier Division by a single point, finishing just ahead of runners-up Loughborough Foxes Vixens. Derbyshire FA Women’s Cup triumph also saw Chesterfield complete a league and cup double.
The 2026/27 campaign will mark the first competitive meetings between the two sides, with Chesterfield providing a fresh challenge for Brandon Bevins’ Harriers.
