OUR YOUTH and Junior teams enjoyed another fine morning of football last time out as the Harriers camp continues to go from strength to strength.
Whether it was a thumping win or a success after a nail-biter, young Harriers players are continuing to enjoy their football.
This past weekend saw a number of home games down at COSE, with a great 6-3 for our U12s among them as they met Forest Green Rovers. Luke Atkiss was in terrific form on the day as he fired in five of his team’s goals.
Here’s a full recap of the latest set of matches:
U9s: won against Aston Villa
U10s: won Mansfield Town
Goal scorers: Elliot O’Connor x3. Billy Murphy x2. Lewis Foster. George Bringau. Keaton Rushton
U12s v Forest Green Rovers: Won 6-3
Goal scorers: Luke Atkiss x5, Caden Geddes.
U13s v DBA FC: Won 5-2
Goal scorers: Reece Laing, McKenzie Bytheway, Jack Griffiths-Perry, Jack Hodgetts, Tom Bourne.
U14s v AFC Wulfrunians: Won 5-0 (friendly)
Goal scorers: Louis Mitchell 2, Sebastien Adams, Jack Betts, Henry Thompson.
U15s v Birmingham City: Won 2-1
Goal scorers: Curtis Turner and Lance Foggin
There were no games for our U11s or U16s this time around.
