Reds bag big Youth Cup win

Six-star Harriers storm through in FA Youth Cup…

Academy Coach Harry Butler.

HARRIERS Academy secured emphatic progress in the FA Youth Cup on Monday night with a 6-0 success at Coton Green.

Entering at the First Qualifying Round stage, the young Harriers took a deserved 2-0 lead into the break with goals from Archie Hill and Liam Banks, before powering home their advantage after the break.

Trey Campbell notched Harriers’ third on the night before being replaced by Bruce Minaker who enjoyed a dream substitute’s outing by setting up Hill for his second, before notching a brace of his own to add extra gloss to the score line.

Congratulations to Harriers, who will go into the draw later this week for the Second Round stage.

Meanwhile, Harriers Women begin their Adobe Women’s FA Cup campaign this weekend with a trip to Solihull Sporting on Sunday.

Good luck, all!
