KIDDERMINSTER Harriers are delighted to announce that former Academy player Archie Hill has signed scholarship with Cheltenham Town.
Archie’s journey is a fantastic example of dedication and progression through our pathway, starting out in our Junior Academy and our Junior Floodlit side, before becoming a full-time player on our Post-16 Programme at Harriers.
During his first year, Archie earned a place on the first-team bench in the FA Trophy, and this summer joined first team pre-season camp before heading out on a development loan with Worcester Raiders to gain valuable senior experience.
We’re incredibly proud to see Archie take this next step in his football journey. A fantastic achievement and thoroughly deserved!
Brandon Bevins, Academy Manager, said: “We’re all incredibly proud of Archie and the journey he’s been on with us. His progression is a brilliant example of what patience, hard work, and being in the right environment can achieve.
“A huge thank you must go to everyone involved in Archie’s development across the pathway, not least Kevin Bunn, Leon Clarke, Alexander Surridge and Harry Butler, whose commitment and support have been instrumental in his growth both on and off the pitch.”
Congratulations, Archie – go smash it!
SECURE your place on the next Harriers Academy trials which take place on 30th December!
