HARRIERS have reinforced their back line with the signing of experienced defender Cian Harries.
The 29-year-old joins us on a season-long loan from Forest Green Rovers in readiness for the National League campaign ahead.
Coming through the ranks at Coventry, Harries made nine senior appearances for the Sky Blues before featuring for Cheltenham and Swansea ahead of a switch to Bristol Rovers, who’d paid an undisclosed fee for his services in 2020.
He spent several seasons there as The Gas returned to League 1, Harries moving into non-league in 2023-24 with Aldershot, a near 50-game season there coming before a move to Woking. Impressive performances for the Cards in 2024-25 saw him feature 27 times before Forest Green came calling, his switch midway through the term seeing him play 14 further times for his new club.
Harries endured a frustrating season last term with limited game time but arrives in DY10 determined and with a point to prove.
Welcome to Aggborough, Cian!
