Harriers Ladies made it eleven wins from twelve league matches with a 5-0 victory over Leamington on Sunday.

The Brakes travelled to COSE with a squad of just nine players, but defended solidly throughout to make the task difficult for Harriers.

After an intense spell of pressure, it was Harriers who would take the lead thanks to a shot from inside the area by Amber Quick.

Despite numerous shots and chances to extend the lead, Harriers headed into the interval with a slender advantage, but were able to extend it impressively shortly after the restart.

Kirsty Roberts netted three goals in the space of six minutes, all within the first ten of the second half, to take the lead to 4-0.

Amber Quick also got on the score sheet once more to grab her brace and finish off the scoring.

Next up for Harriers Ladies in the league is a huge encounter with current league leaders, Solihull United, who have won all twelve of their league fixtures this season.

United inflicted Harriers’ only defeat of the season, winning 4-2 at COSE in December.
