HARRIERS begin a busy Bank Holiday weekend with the visit of Chester to Aggborough on Saturday (3:00pm).
Since reforming nine years ago, Chester have been Harriers’ opponents on nine occasions - the most recent meeting being a 4-1 home win at Aggborough in February 2019.
Harriers will be looking to add to last Saturday’s 1-0 away win at Curzon Ashton, the second away victory in a row.
Ryan Johnson ahead of Chester’s visit:
“We always knew that August would be jam-packed full of games, but it’s just about getting on with it and, hopefully, getting as many points as we can.
“Chester are going to be a physical side, we’re going to look at them to find their strengths and weaknesses.
“Hopefully we can exploit those weaknesses on Saturday, we’re back at home and our fans can get behind us and create a noisy atmosphere."
Team news
The injury situation remains unchanged from last week, with Tom Palmer continuing to be monitored and Jimmy O'Connor still out.
