FA Hearing: Club statement

Details of a recent FA Hearing…

Kidderminster Harriers can confirm that it attended a Hearing of the FA’s Regulatory Commission this week.

Following an incident near the end of the match between Harriers and Chorley in January 2018, the clubs (Mass Confrontation) and Harriers manager John Eustace (Incident of Misconduct) were charged by The FA. Harriers requested the opportunity of a personal hearing on the matters.

As a result of the Hearing, the club received a fine while John Eustace was given an immediate three-match stadium ban.

While disappointed with this outcome, having put forward compelling evidence in support of their case, the club respects the decision of the Commission and will be making no further comment on the matter, so all focus can remain on the team for the forthcoming matches.
