Pair to make York switch

Harriers pair join York City on loan…

Kennedy Digie, Kidderminster Harriers

TWO Harriers players are to move to National League North side York City on loan.

Striker Joe Ironside and defender Kennedy Digie are set to link up with the Minstermen for the next couple of months.

Ironside has made just two league starts for Harriers since the team won 3-0 at Bootham Crescent in September – also the scene of his last league goal.

Digie, meanwhile, impressed in starting that game against City but has also started just twice since then, with the switch to York set to give them both more regular first-team action.

All being well, the two will be available for a potential debut against Chester in National League North tomorrow (Tuesday).

As things stand, the pair will return to Harriers on January 11th and we wish them and City all the very best until then.
