The amazing KEMP Hospice held their annual Santa Fun Run this weekend – and the day featured a special guest Harriers fans will recognise!

Our very own Ed Williams was on hand at Brintons Park along with hundreds of runners, riders and walkers all set to raise money to help aid the incredible work being done by KEMP – the Wyre Forest’s Hospice.

Ed joined the Mayor of Kidderminster, Martin Stooke, to officially start the mammoth 10k race, which you can see above!

The event – for which the weather thankfully stayed kind – broke all previous KEMP records in terms of numbers. Across their 10k, Family 5k, 1k Santa Dash and the all-new Santa Cycle ride, a fantastic 565 people took part.

To everyone at KEMP we’d like to say ‘well done!’ on the absolute triumph of such a great event – and to each and every single person who took part, what an incredible effort!

KEMP collectors will next be with us at Aggborough to hold a bucket collection at the Curzon Ashton game on 22 December.
