Neil MacFarlane believed Harriers’ late point against Curzon Ashton was the very least the team deserved.
Harriers had to rally late against the Nash to get a share of the spoils.
They had created the far better amount of opportunities, but were left trailing to a goal just 14 minutes from time.
It triggered a response that saw a 97th minute goal from Dan Bradley, the shares spoiled at the absolute death.
MacFarlane reflected after the final whistle: “The came and defended really deeply but I thought we moved the ball really quickly.
“I don’t even know yet, until I’ve watched it back, how many chances we made in the game – but it’s probably our highest for a long time.
“Some of our play was tremendous.”
The Manager added:”We lost a goal to probably the only moment they had in the game.
“But our reaction was good and we kept doing the right things.
“Anyone that was in here today would’ve seen that [the late goal] was the least we deserved.
“It’s disappointing not to win at home as three points would have been huge for us, but it I think it’s a big goal in the Christmas period.”
