Due to postponements, just three Harriers Academy teams are in action this week.

On Monday evening, Harriers faced Tipton Town in the Midland Floodlit Youth League – goals from Ben Worthington, Casey Collins, Sam Ball, Jack Grady and Alfie Merriman sealed a 5-3 victory, which sees Harriers remain at the top of the league table.

Four matches were due to take place on Wednesday afternoon, but two were postponed.

Harriers travel to face Solihull Moors in the National League U19s Alliance as they look to close the gap on current leaders, Tamworth, who sit four points clear of second placed Harriers, but have played an additional three matches.

One match will take place at COSE on Wednesday as Harriers face Tresham College in the ECFA Premier League, a 2pm kick off.

Having recently signed an 18 month professional contract, U23s midfielder Milan Butterfield has this week been on international duty with the Bermuda National Team, who face Cuba on Wednesday as part of their preparations for the upcoming Concacaf Nations League.

Additionally, Academy midfielder Harry Stratford was included in the first team match day squad as Harriers travelled to face Ashton United on Tuesday night, emerging with a 1-0 victory.

Captain of the National League U19s Alliance team, Stratford made his first team debut in the FA Cup in September 2018 against Atherstone Town.
