League sponsors Vanarama have been busy opening the changing room doors… so what lies behind?

Ashley Chambers celebrates a goal

LEAGUE sponsors Vanarama have been throwing open the changing room doors up and down the country, getting players to dish dirt on their team mates.

Up next is striker, Ashley Chambers – here’s what they found out:

Who’s got the worst car?

It’s a tight one between me and Ed Williams, bumped and bruised bless them but plenty of miles left in them.

You can choose three current or former team-mates to go on a road trip with – who do you pick and why?

Dec Weeks – because he will keep things tidy.
Ryan Johnson – because we’ll have a good laugh.
Ed Williams – because he will speak to anyone and get us out of any trouble we get into.

Who would you not let anywhere near your car stereo?

Cliff Moyo, the music journey would be too much of a rollercoaster for me!

Who is most likely to become a manager when their playing days are over?

Jimmy O’Connor, perfect for him

Who’s the biggest joker?

We’ve got a few jokers to be fair, Harry Higginson is brilliant if you get close enough to hear him, always a dry witty comment at everything.

Who’s got the worst fashion sense?

Harry Higginson takes this again, it’s amazing how he’s got the 50-year-old dad look without having any kids!

Last to get their wallet out at the bar?

Dec Weeks, peel an orange in his pockets that boy!

Best technique?

Dec Weeks also, scored some tasty goals with his tekkers the past couple seasons.

Most skilful?

Probably Ed Williams, it’s not a showboat type skilful but give him the ball and it’s like glue to his foot, scored a few after mazy runs.

Teacher’s pet?

Cliff Moyo, Mr yes sir no sir haha!

Who would you say is your best mate at the club?

Oooh I’d have to say Ryan Johnson, we’ve got the exact same humour so there’s never a day we’re not laughing.

Best trainer?

Sammy Austin, easy. There’s a rumour that he’s a robot! Does everything to his max, great pro.

Who’s got an annoying habit?

Ed Williams, annoying habit of wearing his birthday suit too often haha!

Most vain?

Again Ed Williams, has a right go, hair, teeth, tan the lot.
