Saturday: Pilgrims v Harriers

A look ahead to Saturday’s trip to Boston United in National League North…

HARRIERS travel to Boston United on Saturday in National League North (3pm).

Jimmy Shan’s men are searching for a follow-up from their solid 1-1 draw with play-off chasing Spennymoor Town.

The task in front of them is a meeting with the Pilgrims, who continue to impress under Craig Elliott. United have won two of their last three, including eye-catching victories over Brackley Town and Southport.

Ed Williams returned to training with the squad this week and is likely to be available to Shan, while Dec Weeks continues to struggle with his toe issue.

Rhys Williams serves the last of a three-match suspension for his sending off over Christmas.

Here are the thoughts of skipper, Cliff Moyo, on the trip to York Street:

Earlier this season, Boston triumphed 3-1 at Aggborough in what was Shan’s first game after taking the hot-seat, with Moyo grabbing the hosts’ goal that day.

Kick-off on Saturday is at 3:00pm
