Russ Penn’s squad building has been given another shot in the arm with the addition of Norwich City starlet Caleb Richards.
The 22-year-old joins from the EFL Championship outfit on a season-long loan.
A forward-thinking defender, he has spent the last week with the squad at Aggborough and was impressive in Tuesday’s friendly win at Alvechurch.
Richards joined Norwich after coming through the ranks at Blackpool, and has further honed his skills with some key non-league experience with loan spells during recent seasons.
Since singing for the Canaries he’s also spent time in The US with the Tampa Bay Rowdies and, last season, Yeovil Town.
