Harriers launch live streaming package

Read more on Harriers’ new live streaming package…

Kidderminster Harriers are excited to announce our new streaming service, which will allow fans to watch all home matches live from the comfort of your own home until fans are allowed entry into Aggborough.

Fans were due to be allowed to return to National League North matches in October, but new government restrictions saw these plans paused in late September. Though left with little more than a week’s notice, Harriers staff have worked diligently to provide an alternative to ensure supporters can still watch Tuesday night’s behind-closed-doors match against Chester – with all home fixtures following until fans are able to return also set to be streamed live via the Harriers website.

As a club we are striving to ensure we deliver the best possible match day experience encompassing live match streams, digital match day programmes and exclusive behind the scenes insight.

Streaming tickets can be purchased quickly and easily, costing just £7.99 per match.

What’s included in our live streams?

– High quality production with two HD camera angles offering enhanced perspective
– Full match commentary with Harriers Head of Media, Matty Paddock, joined by a guest co-commentator for each match including past / present players and staff
– Exclusive half time interviews
– Live clock and scorecard to keep you up to date with the match’s progression

All streamed matches will be completely free to access for all 2020/21 season ticket holders as part of a reimbursement package to fill the gap whilst fans are not permitted to attend. Season ticket holders will receive a unique password via email in the next 24 hours ahead of tomorrow night’s match, which will be restricted to the device on which it is first activated and theirs to use for any future live streamed matches.

Alongside access to full-match live streams, all season ticket holders will have free access to our digital match day programme, which includes exclusive interviews, manager’s notes, up to date Harriers stats, an insight into our opponents and much more!

In addition, regardless of how short or long the pause on live attendance is, all 2020/21 season ticket holders will receive a 10% discount on their 2021/22 season ticket renewal!

For those who have purchased car parking passes, we are pleased to announce that for however many matches are missed due to COVID-19 related restrictions, car parking access will be rolled over to the same number of matches at the start of the 2021/22 season or reflected pro-rata in the price of their 2021/22 car parking pass renewal.

Harriers CEO Neil Male said: “The Board of Directors recognise and appreciate the fantastic support of over 450 Harriers fans who backed us in their purchase of a 2020/21 Season Ticket during incredibly uncertain times, this has certainly not gone unnoticed.

“Since it was announced that fans wouldn’t be allowed in during October, it has been imperative to us that we provide great value to our supporters.

“We are excited to welcome supporters back to Aggborough as soon as it is safe and the government allows us to, which is why it is important to us that we reveal our package to show our support and thanks to you in the interim.

“Aside from allowing you to enter Aggborough, this is the next best thing. We need your support now more than ever through these uncertain times, and look forward to entertaining you from afar with our live streams and programmes to replicate your match day experience to the highest quality that we can.”

Key points for season ticket holders:

– Free streaming passes matches until fans are permitted back into Aggborough.
– Free access to digital match day programme throughout 2020/21 season
– 10% off your 2021/22 season ticket
