FOLLOWING today’s FA Cup Fourth Qualifying Round draw, National League North side Chorley have been given a bye.

The Magpies automatically take the place of Macclesfield Town, who were wound up at the High Court after entering the competition.

As such, Chorley will now be available to host our originally scheduled league fixture next weekend (24th October).

Our home match against Curzon Ashton – brought forward to fill that date yesterday – will now be pushed back into its original November slot in our fixture list.

Russ Penn’s men have a break from League action this weekend following the postponement of the Alfreton Town fixture, but will get  back to action with that trip to Victory Park in just over a week.

Kick off will remain at 3pm.
