We’re pleased to confirm that boss Russ Penn has been able to secure a major part of his 2021/22 squad as he looks to build for the future, with many of last season’s players keen to remain part of the journey.

Following the conclusion of the 2020/21 campaign, we are able to confirm that the following players have agreed and signed extended contracts at Aggborough:

Keith Lowe
Cliff Moyo
Tom Palmer
Keziah Martin
Jaiden White

Further to this and including those already announced, the following players either had at least a further year remaining on their contract or have triggered one based on appearances already made:

Alex Penny
Amari Morgan-Smith
Omari Sterling
Sam Austin
Ashley Hemmings
Lewis Montrose
Ethan Freemantle
Luke Simpson
Caleb Richards

With their playing contracts having now ended, the following players have not been offered fresh terms and leave Aggborough with our best wishes:

Koby Arthur
Jim Kellermann
Alex Prosser

Luke Maxwell has also opted to leave football to pursue a career outside of the game and also leaves with our warmest wishes for future success.

Boss Russ Penn said: “I’m beyond excited for the start of the new season and delighted that so many of the players have wanted to carry on what we’ve started.

“We’re fortunate in having been able to tie down so many of these boys, but that is also a testament to how much they enjoy it here and want to be a part of what we hope will be a successful future.

“A small group of great lads and great professionals are moving on and we wish each of them well.”
