A notice to supporters of Kidderminster Harriers….

AT KIDDERMINSTER Harriers, we are proud to be able to call our supporter base one of the most loyal and dedicated in the country.
We thank the vast majority of these fans for always backing the team with passion, but also in the appropriate manner.
Unfortunately, the conduct of a very small number of supporters at matches, particularly away from Aggborough, is a cause for concern. We are, proudly, a family club that prides itself on a good reputation.
Misconduct by supporters spoils the enjoyment of matches for other fans but can also leave the club liable to action from the National League and Football Association, which can include financial penalties and even points deductions.
Therefore, as a general reminder, we would like to again put on record the following:
- It is a criminal offence to enter the playing field at any time during a match day.
- The use of pyrotechnics within a football stadium is strictly prohibited and can seriously damage people’s health.
- No alcohol whatsoever is to be taken on to or consumed on club coach travel.
- The conduct of fans at ground is also covered by the National League’s Ground Regulations, to which supporters give their agreement by entering stadiums.
The club has and continues to work closely with the police and will share any information it has available in relation to any antisocial behaviour by supporters. This can lead to not only further action by the club but also the police. Such action may include bans from travel and or stadiums and, in serious cases, criminal proceedings.
We again reiterate that this is a general reminder following isolated incidents involving a small number of supporters. We hugely appreciate the incredible backing given to us by the rest of the Harriers fan base and look forward to this continuing.
