Saturday’s match against Bradford (Park Avenue) sees us welcome lots of our local NHS workers to Aggborough.
Over recent weeks, we’ve distributed hundreds of free tickets to local NHS hospitals and practices including Worcester Hospital, Kidderminster Hospital and surgeries within the Wyre Forest Health Partnership as a show of our thanks to the fantastic work carried out during the COVID-19 pandemic and beyond.
We’re honoured to welcome those who have cared for and looked after us during one of the most challenging periods of our lives, and will have a minute of applause before kick off in recognition of that service.
If you are a member of staff at one of these locations and wish to take up a ticket, please get in touch with a relevant person at your premises.
As well as acknowledging the incredible work of NHS personnel, we would also like to allow supporters to have the opportunity to pay respects to those they’ve lost in that time. The club will display these names on the video scoreboard at Aggborough during the applause, and anyone wishing to include a name can email it to luke.thompson@harriers.co.uk by Friday at 12pm.
