FA Cup Programme: Johnny Mullins speaks

A look at this weekend’s FA Cup match day programme…

Former Reading youngster Johnny Mullins in action for Harriers

FORMER Reading and Harriers man Johnny Mullins has spoken exclusively to The Harrier, our official match day programme, ahead of the FA Cup clash between the two sides this weekend.

Mullins is a firm favourite with Harriers fans following two successful loan spells at the club from Reading between 2004 and 2006.

He went on to enjoy a strong Football League career but has retained fond memories of his time at Aggborough.

As his two former clubs lock horns for a place in the Fourth Round of the FA Cup at Aggorough, Mullins has spoken about his formative years with the Royals and the experience of playing here as a teenager.

From playing a game under Jan Molby before signing professional at Reading all the way through to his 500-match senior career, the 36-year-old shares plenty of memories in the in-depth interview.

Also in this weekend’s issue, there’s a full preview of Round Three, recent match reports and photos, updates from all areas of the club, comprehensive stats on the season and, of course, our visitors from Reading.

Copies can be purchased from around the ground and from the Club Shop.
