HARRIERS have signed defender Kyle Morrison on loan from AFC Fylde until the end of the season.

The 26-year-was a key signing for the Coasters in the second half of last season, his impressive performances for Leamington earning him a move to Mill Farm for an undisclosed fee.

He’d been with the Brakes since the summer of 2020, impressing at the heart of defence. He’d also impressed for Alvechurch and Halesowen before that.

Morrison played 57 times for Leamington and featured regularly for Fylde following his move, including seven starts prior to an injury late last year.

He’s been back in action since the New Year and will now spend the rest of the campaign here at Aggborough, with boss Russ Penn saying: “This was an absolute no-brainer for us as Kyle knows the level extremely well.

“He’s had a bit of an up and down season but is a local lad who will fit in and make us stronger.” Russ Penn

“We liked him a lot when he was at Leamington, and he’s done we’ll at Fylde since.
